Therefore, the user must read the current legal notice carefully every time the Website is accessed, as the terms of use are subject to modifications at the discretion of the Website owner or due to legal, judicial, or business practice changes.
The language used by the owner of this Website is French. GAUGE GROUP cannot be held responsible for the user's misunderstanding or comprehension of the Website language, nor for its consequences.

Access and use of the Website are free. No registration is required. Users must use the Website lawfully and responsibly.

GAUGE GROUP reserves the right to modify, remove, or update content without prior notice.
Users may not use the Website content for commercial or advertising purposes without explicit permission.
Links from third-party websites must not misrepresent GAUGE GROUP or the Website content.
3. PRODUCTS, PRICES & PAYMENTS
3.1 Products

14K gold plated, 2 microns thickness
Product images are indicative; slight variations in color, shine, or size may occur.
3.2 Prices
All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT for sales within the EU. Shipping fees are added at checkout.
GAUGE GROUP reserves the right to update prices. Orders are charged at the confirmed price at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, payable by the customer.
3.3 Payment Methods
Payment is due at the time of order. Accepted methods: credit/debit cards and any methods offered by Squarespace.
All transactions are encrypted and secure. GAUGE GROUP does not store payment data.
3.4 Price Errors
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, GAUGE GROUP may cancel or adjust the order and will contact the customer to resolve it.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
4.1 Shipping Countries, Methods & Prices
Shipping destinations and costs are displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by country and shipping method.
4.2 Preparation Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation. Changes or cancellations cannot always be guaranteed.
4.3 Shipping & Tracking
A tracking email is sent when the order is dispatched.
Courier companies may attempt redelivery if the customer is not available. Peak seasons may cause slight delivery delays.
4.4 Customs & Duties
For orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or tariffs. GAUGE GROUP will provide necessary documentation.
5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
5.1 Standard Returns
Customers may return or exchange products within 14 days of delivery.
Returned products must:
Be unworn and undamaged
Be in original packaging
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Items received in poor condition may not be accepted.
5.2 Promotional Sales
Products bought on sale are subject to the terms of the promotion. Partial returns that invalidate promotions may result in price adjustments or return of promotional items.
6. WARRANTY
Products benefit from:
Legal warranty of conformity (French Consumer Code)
Warranty against hidden defects
Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage.
To make a claim, the customer must submit a request via the Return Center or customer service.

8. LIABILITY & JURISDICTION
Users are responsible for their use of the Website. GAUGE GROUP SASU is not liable for:
Computer viruses, software or hardware issues
Browser malfunctions or outdated software
Third-party links
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Paris. Users outside France submit to French courts.
9. E-GIFT CARDS
9.1 Purchase
E-Gift Cards can be purchased on the Website.
Values: €50 - €600.
E-Gift Cards are electronic and sent by email.
9.2 Redemption
E-Gift Cards are valid for online purchases only, in Euros (€). Multiple E-Gift Cards can be used for a single order.
9.3 Validity
E-Gift Cards expire 365 days after issuance.
9.4 Returns & Exchanges
E-Gift Cards cannot be returned. Items purchased with E-Gift Cards can be exchanged but not refunded to credit cards.
9.5 Liability
Responsibility for the E-Gift Card rests with the recipient. GAUGE GROUP is not liable for lost or deleted E-Gift Cards.
10. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
GAUGE GROUP collects and processes personal data in accordance with GDPR.
Data is used solely for order processing, E-Gift Card management, and customer service.
Users have the right to access, correct, delete, limit processing, or request portability of their data. Requests should be sent to contact@g-auge.com.
